Combining exercise with good deeds, join Good Gym to run the streets and help those in need. There are three types of run that you can take part in:
- Mission runs: run to help out older people in Southwark with one-off tasks that they are no longer able to do on their own.
- Coach runs: Over a million older people in the UK are always or often lonely. Visiting an older person as part of your weekly run can help make a huge difference to their life.
- Group runs: every week in Southwark you can join Good Gym to help out on local community projects, and running back all within 90 minutes!
