Log in to your NHS account to access services online on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. You do not need to download anything.

Log in to your account to:

  • get your NHS COVID Pass
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • book and manage appointments
  • get health information and advice
  • view your health record securely
  • view your NHS number

NHS online symptom checker

If you’re not sure what condition you have, or how severe it is, you can use the NHS 111 symptom checker. The checker will:

  • Answer questions about your main symptom.
  • Help you find out when and where to get help.
  • Arrange for you to be contacted by a nurse, if needed.

When it’s not an emergency, people are urged to call the free NHS 111 service to receive medical attention urgently.

NHS 111 is much more than a helpline. Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist, or even a GP and if they think you need it, they’re able to arrange face-to-face appointments. NHS 111 is staffed by fully trained advisors who can assess if you need if an ambulance, and if you do, one will be sent immediately.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that you get the right care, from the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

You can find information for parents and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) from ages 0-25 on the Local Offer Southwark website.

If you are an older person or a person with physical disabilities, you can find information on how to refer yourself or a family member to Adult Social Care services on the Local Offer Southwark website.
