Social Contact Group, Tuesdays 1-3pm
This is a group for older women with mental health needs. It provides a supportive environment in which group members can socialisem chat and take part in regular contact. Members of the group undergo an assessment before joining. To find out more please email Cindy or call 020 7232 5668.
Strength and Balance – Keep Fit, Wednesday 3.45-4.45pm

Technology Workshop – Monday 11 February, 2.30-4.30pm

Want to improve your confidence with your phone, tablet or laptop? Come along for a cuppa and bring your gadgets and technology-related questions with you! Train: Southwark Bus: 45, 338, 63 (get off at Stamford Street). Look out for a red brick church and head down the left-hand side for the church hall entrance.
Quiz Club, Tuesday 12 February, 6.30-8.30pm

Put your knowledge to the test and find a good use for all those facts at our monthly quiz club. Team up with your neighbours and laugh your way to victory at this evening of fun and games.
Bollywood Dance Workshop, Tuesday 19 February, 6:30-8pm
St.Philip’s Church Hall, Avondale Square, SE1 5PD
Be transported to South Asia as we are joined by a professional Bollywood dancer for a thrilling evening of dance. Learn some new moves, enjoy the music or just come along for a tea to enjoy the atmosphere. Absolutely no experience necessary! Emily will be running this club.

Perhaps a number of your patients have been asking about ukulele clubs, ballroom dancing or walking football; let us know and we’ll have a look at what’s going on in our community.
